Just found the Deathly Hallows symbol in Skyrim. When doing the 'Pursuit' quest for the Thieve's guild, when you're leaving Mercer's house right before you jump down in the tunnel if you look right at the top of the hole you'll see a triangle with a circle at the top and a line going down it.

So far, I've been mining underground looking for gold and diamond, finding very little of both. The most I've built is a tower on top of the very very large and elaborate mine I've dug myself. I've also went around exploring part of the massive world, trying to fill in part of my map. I think I'm getting bored. What else am I supposed to do in survival mode? Do I need to be building more? Do I need to be out searching for dungeons and temples? Should I be looking for specific things?
Also, Endermen are fucking everywhere.

this is not a simple task; you have to first discover a stronghold. you can discover those using eyes of ender which are made from enderpearls and blaze rods which you can get from killing blazes that are found in the nether. then you activate the portal to the dragon using enderpearls. again, for more info check out the wiki thats how i learned everything

also, if you press f3 ingame you will see your coordinates. note the y coordinate that measures how high you are. you need to be below y:16 to find diamonds.
also, keep a look out for abandoned mineshafts those are neat too, as well as temples which are found in deserts and jungles.
If you arent sure what to do specifically, start by setting up a "base" like a house or a fortress, then optimize equipment (ie enchanted diamond pickaxe and diamond sword)
Then, make a nether portal using obsidian.

ariscorp ONLINE (04/06/2013) [-] What league are you in - i'm still dreading placement matches honestly, I just wish i knew how to be an effective carry, people say top laners stay in their lane and farm, but at the same time i have to make plays at other lanes (if i have a snowball going) to keep my team a shoulder above the enemy team, i contemplate taking teleport but it's so damn situational. I duo with an ADC because adc and top are hardest carry but STILL i find it hard to win and carry games, i know im not the best of players but i know for sure i can carry games if i play correctly and of course - play the correct champions. #JustLeagueThings
