Floris Expanded (fuck you floris, you're a faggot and I'll mention you whenever I want), The Eagle and the Radiant Cross, a Clash of Kings and Silverstag are good mods.
The Elder Scroll games, Fallout games. Some RTSs. They're all singleplayer, are easy to pirate and don't require a high tier PC to play them.
