It's a matter of processing power. 1.6 GHz isn't exactly Crysis material. When my computer's processing power is closer to the minimal requirements I get a little on edge because sometimes "minimum requirements" means "I hope you like 3 FPS, asshole".

Nevermind, I answered my own question. I'm fairly sure you can run it. Your processor is a dual core I believe, so that 1.6 ghz will go much farther than the 1.5 ghz single core that the game requires.

Whenever I'm learning a champion, I check multiple sites and watch videos.
After looking at many guides/gameplay videos you can determine which items you should usually get, and what tactics to use.
Asking an experienced player is usually a lot better though.

Anyways I'm upgrading my computer (getting a new one...) to this. I wanna SLI 660Tis (according to Linus it can keep up with a Titan) and 2 monitors.
