xbox has better graphics on many games because they are optimised for xbox not ps3. PS3 exclusives rape xbox exclusives in terms of graphics though.

but doesn't mass effect 2 have better graphics on ps3 because it was made with another graphics engine (I could be mistaken tho)

They aren't making an xbox 720 yet, Because they know the 360 is good enough, if ps3 thinks that their console is so bad that they need to quickly release a brand new console then i don't even respect them at all now.

Actually the rise in good games for both consoles is because the video game companies are finally reaching the point where they know enough about the consoles to use them to their full potential, if you come out with a new console they all have to spend a few years struggling to adapt to the knew hardware, and then it is a few more years before they come out with great games.

But like the xbox360. It came before the ps3. So the ps4 is coming out 2012-2013. It will hurt the xboxfans to buy another console while the best games are already out for ps4. People will do more games for the ps4. I think that sony wants to be in the 1st out of all. Good luck to xboxfans.

2 thing I want clarify
1) PS3s hardware is faster and better than xbox360. It came out afterwards. That's really the only reason.
2) They are making another xbox. I don't know what it's called, but it should come out in 2014.

Nope. But the ps3 and the xbox360 is making a good fight. They are both good. But when the ps4 comes out they will make xbox360 into a toilet paper. xD It's not that is sooo bad. It's because they think quickly. Getting ahead of the curve.

Releasing it too quickly looks more like it, this is just like what happened with MW3, released too quickly, not near enough time put into it, Have fun with your PS4 breaking, i'll be perfectly fine with my 360 until the 720 comes out in 2014-2015, i can wait.

I think that Playstation knows that releasing to quickly will be bad. But I know they are doing it is making it so perfect so when the xbox720 comes out. They won't need to make a ps5. It will only make a few updates and it'll be as new. You underestimate their knowledge. Anyways, GOOD DAY SIR.

But seriously, both consoles have their ups and downs, and just because SONY is deciding to release their PS4 earlier than Microsoft plans to release their 720 doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be shit, SONY's been around for quite a while now and I highly doubt they would release a console without first making sure everything works fine. And honestly, if we were to base this on past experiences, SONY would technically be releasing their new console at an appropriate time, whereas Microsoft would be the ones who would need the extra year or two to perfect theirs. After all, it DID take them nearly 3 years to release an improved 360 that didn't completely break because of hard drive failures and overheating.

ps3 has always been garbage just that no ps3 owner wants to admit it because they spent money on it. i just say this because i have and the last time i used it was 2 years ago to watch a movie.

hey i have both 360 and ps3 and i honestly cant tell the differance between the 2 both play all my games fine and ive never had a problem with either in fact the only complaint i have about them is that i cant play online game without a gold account for my xbox

i have a 360 and every time i pick up a ps3 controller, the ergonomics seem all sorts of fucked up. i really want a ps3 though, for uncharted mainly. do you get used to the ps3 controller or does switching back and forth between the two make it hard?

honestly i never notice a difference but then again i switch frequently between ps3 360 snes and dreamcast controllers so im kind of used to all of them X3

and besides there are games for both systems that i like that are system exclusives

actually i didnt buy either my grandma [moms side] got me one for christmas and my grandma [dads side] got me the other
