I don't really even watch half of what everyone is going on and on about. So even if you are alone, don't act like you're unnormal.

never felt like watching MLP, i have nothing negative to say about it either.

However, i love FoP. its hilarious. i like the few political jokes they sneak, the recurring punchline jokes, and that they don't try and make scenes with the intent of making people cringe.(such as the gif files that may follow this post)

And no. You aren't. You never are the "only person" who's ever done something that someone else could possibly do. Case in point: I have never watched MLP and will probably never watch MLP, not because I have a hatred or ponies, I just don't have the time or the need to.

Plus, I prefer action shows. MLP doesn't strike me as ...actiony.

I watched it once just to gain some perspective. It was okay, I guess. There are certainly worse shows.

Look. I've got a couple good reasons i watch it. Here's the best i could think of.
It's not just about the show. It's the song remixes, the artwork, (no, not the rule 34, that shit is disgusting.).
The fanbase. The fanbase, those guys understand me. it makes me feel good, even though i live in a world full of chaos. makes me forget all about the wars, plagues, famine, for at least 20 minutes.
every time pinkie laughs, or does something silly? it makes me feel good, for that one little moment.
every time derpy fucks up? It makes me feel better about myself, and sorry for the gray pony.
Any time spike tries to get it on with rarity? it's just adorable. This show is not just about the show itself. It's about the characters making me feel so much better. they don't judge. they don't hate, or discriminate because of something i like.

THATS the couple of reasons i watch this show. Not because it's for little girls, but because it takes away the pain of having to look at the real world, with all its flaws, and just picture a perfect world, if only for twenty minutes.
