Jason Statham is one of the most badass actors in action movies today. The Bank Job, Crank, Snatch, The Transporter, Blitz, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Killer Elite, The Mechanic, War, The One, The Expendables and now The Expendables 2. Although some of the movies he's been in aren't very good, he's still starred in some of my favorite movies and some of the best action movies of the 21st century. Thanks, OP, for my daily reminder of how awesome he is.

duhfloss **User deleted account** (01/17/2012) [-] he plays the exact same character in every single one of his movies... now i don't mean that figuratively, but in essence he is the exact same person in everyone of his movies, a "badass" killer who has someone who puts money on his head and he has to kill his adversaries, fuck a hot woman, and finally kill his main adversary and save the day... IMO he can't be a great actor because he is the same character and never has to change his persona.

sketchE (01/17/2012) [-] yes but if an actor tries to play a role that is against what they usualy do, Jim Carey trying to do a serious role, it doesnt turn out well. Be honest you wouldnt take jason stathom seriously if he tried to do a romantic comedy, its just not him. People who play the bad guy in their first few movies cant really play a good guy because theyve been given the stigma of a bad guy. if the actor who plays draco tried to be a good guy in a movie it would just be weird
