I'm in for new friends, hit me up. Maybe you can have some sorta friend group of like 4 people going with the people you get from this, that'd probably be pretty sweet. So yeah, hit me up, bro.

I do quite like top hats. Don't own any, because I'm not really a hat person. But I admire them.

I bought mine about half a year ago over the internet but it's a little to big so I don't wear it as often as i'd like but it's good for special occasions

Sounds like a plan.
I dunno. If I do anything that could be "odd" in public, I'm most likely to closet cosplay.

pfff "odd" I look at it like being diffrent in a good way, like I'm not a sheep following the rest of the herd. and it makes it easier to start convesations and getting recognized by "athorities" (teachers mostly) a few weeks ago i swithced from my normal cowboy hat to a santa hat cause it had started snowing and the Norwegian teacher just bursted in on me and a group working a group project and wen " A NEW HAT!?" and then she jsut left again.

That sounds incredibly amusing. My teachers used to get like that with my ear cuffs. I'm waiting for my dragon to get fixed before I start wearing them again, though. And I have to put my hair up to wear them comfortably, which is a pig when it's cold.
I started off with my spike, and my friend gave me a cross one she had but never wore. Then one day I wore one of the feather ones. They're all metal, just decorated.

I'm actually doing my next cosplay on Thursday night, which'll be fun. Irene Adler, if you're interested. I've not cosplayed as her before, should be fun.
And thank you. I like my ear cuffs. I might see if I can get more, but I'm wary about stand-alone cuffs online, and most stores around here sell cuffs that chain to a piercing, and I don't have pierced ears. :c

Try closet cosplay. It's what I do; it's a damn side easier.
Pic as an example. This was my last cosplay, Colonel Seba Moran (genderbend of Sebastian Moran, because I have boobs and no binder).
Simply used some muddy green trousers, black tank top and an old brown plastic leather jacket. I got the tags at a charity shop, where they were selling them to raise money in a new way.

You use stuff you already own to do the cosplay. It's cheaper, easier and can be done at a moment's notice.
My girlfriend and I almost accidentally cosplayed our OTP thanks to that. Same day I cosplayed Seba last, actually.

that sounds like a possibility. I still have no real reason to do any cosplay though

It helps that most of the shows I obsess over have relatively normal wardrobe design. I'm not as much into anime as most of my friends, and the majority of my cosplays have been Sherlock related. I did one Loki once, it was bad. The only thing that went right was the arm.

I moslty like video games, and anime to an extend and the only TV shows I watch is the walking dead and Doctor Who. did get a comment last year about my hat and Rick Grimes (even tho it's not the same type of hat) so I guess that's a thing

Yeah, Doctor Who's one of mine too.
I just don't quite fit any established character, except possibly a white Martha or maybe Clara, well enough.

most guy Characters on Doctor Who is usually the Doctor and he always have some spectacular clothing that is hard to copy, I would guess Tom Baker cause of the hat but where in the name of Arceus am I gonna get a scarf that long

Remember practicality with these things, especially if you're not going to a con. You can get away with a shorter scarf if you get the colours right - even the order of the colours doesn't matter too much.
