Oh yes, I was talking about the lore, not the game itself. The game is way too expensive for me to play so I haven't played. But I love the universe. The novels are pretty good.

yeah, I used to be into warhammer fantasy but the gamesworkshop in my city closed :(. I played about a dozen 40k games, and I don't think it's as balanced as fantasy. But damn is it fun stacking 3 tables together and having a giant ass tyranid vs imperial gaurd army face off. some intense shit

I like warhammer fantasy too but I don't find it as fascinating as 40k

there's no point. the gw was located at the entrance of a mall, so they had to pay a high upkeep. not to mention the tiny ass community, they were probably barely turning a profit or losing money from it. And since the community is so small, especially now since it closed, it's very unlikely they'll open up another shop

I think there's no story behind it. I found it on devianart. A guy was requested if he could draw an Eldar farseer fall in love of a Death Korps of Krieg and this is the result.

Me too. I don't need to spend hundreds of dollars to enjoy wh40k. Novels, artwork and some talks and role gaming with my friends is enough to me.

I'm very sorry but I don't. I adapt the cthulhutech character sheet and rules and play a free-mode version. I'm the director since I'm the one of my friends who knows the most and I make a custom adventure for me and my friends.

It's pretty fun but it's kind of hard to make up a story line in such a wide universe. However, we waste a lot of time with jokes and chats that take to nowhere. Have lots of fun and enjoy it though. We can (we do) meet up all day long.

yeah that's basically how it when my buddies play, although we play warahammer fantasy roleplay. It's basically a giant laugh riot because we all do really stupid shit in game
