I don't understand what the text is trying to say but Buzz Lightyear as a emotionally depleted space marine is a nice image.

Warhammer 40k is no mere game.
Warhammer 40k is a universe. Warhammer has been around since like 1987, and has only gotten bigger ever since. It started off as a Miniature battletop game, moved onto books, then video games.
^^ pic related - ultramarine fighting a khornate berserker riding a bloodcrusher, with a reaver class ( i believe ) titan in the background
The lore for Warhammer 40k is insanely complicated, but amazing. Each race ha sa ton of information about it, and almost every single thing you want to know is there. Here is a short video about the lore ( a minute thirty seconds )
www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MeVxKZBOfM -- This video compresses so much information. They have a 26 book series ( still ongoing i believe ) called the Horus Heresy telling of the tales of that minute thirty video.
Buzz in the picture is portrayed as a Space Marine who are super engineered soldiers, it is said that it takes on space marine to protect a thousand planets ( obviously not true, but almost ).
I personally started on the video game Dawn of War. It was made by THQ ( the same bastards who made god damn company of heroes, one of the best rts ever ) and is along the same lines, but science fictiony. There are more games out now such as Dawn of War 2 ( less base building of an RTS but still fun ) and Space Marine ( a third person shooter game ).
tl;dr The series is warhammer 40k, a super super badass huge intricate science fiction series, the games are Dawn of War ( best rts in my opinion ) Dawn of War 2, and Space Marine ( it was meh )

I had no idea that the Space Wolves variation kicked so much ass.
