Its a slighly complicated tabletop strategy game where you paint armies, and then play with them using various strategies/play Grey Knights (I dont expect you to get that). Its a lot of fun really.

Forgot one of the most important parts. When you buy your figurines, they all come in little pieces that you have to glue together, and paint yourself. Kinda like the old Gundam toys, but much more advanced.

It's a table top game. You have figurines that all have different abilities ( Loads and loads of books about them ) And you fight against other people. I personally hate it, because all the 40K players that play at the shop I play Magic at, are ******* 40 year old assholes that think they are the tits. Pic is the " Terrain" or table top map you play on. Game involves a lot of dice rolling, and a lot of measuring with a ruler.

This looks really great. I don't paint figures (I draw and color pictures instead) but it may help your process to have a more organized work space in terms of placing your colors in the same "family" Such as blues, greens, reds, etc. I don't know but it always helps me to find the colors more easily. But this really looks great! I love the details!

I was going to sort them by colors but then decided to sort them into there groups (Bases, Layers, Shades, etc) I think i will eventually sort them into colors but I'm too lazy.

its always good to provide an undercoat with the (either white or black) sprays games workshop sell (other places to) it gives a good base to work off of + if you dont after a while the paint will flake off

Looking good, if you want to improve more a tip is to ask your local game store for painting courses and similar. (Games workshop are good at this)
It looks better than my first.

Yeah I would like to do that, but the only store near me is always packed and you can hardly move. I even ended up having to buy my stuff off the Games-Workshop website because i couldn't make it to the counter lol.

oh, that sucks, i know my local GW used (i am currently not playing any warhammer) have a rule that the persons who wanted to improve their painting had priority for the paining table/help from the staff, otherwise there is always the painting tips in White Dwarf.
