For the purposes of this comment, I'll assume you don't know who Commissar Sebastian Yarrick is.
He's the sworn nemesis of Ghazkhul, the strongest Ork Warboss. They chase each other around the Galaxy fighting. I believe in their first, or second fight, Ghazkhul had Yarrick beaten but allowed him to live saying "Good enemies iz 'ard to find."

Now on to his hand. I'll just quote this part because I'm lazy.

"During the first assault on Hades Hive during the Second War for Armageddon, the Ork Warlord Ugulhard, one of Ghazghkull most prominent underlings, drove the bulk of his forces towards Yarrick's position, and was able to engage the elderly Commissar in single combat.
