Sean Connery had to be my favourite, when I think James Bond it would be his portrayal. Actually really enjoyed Timothy Dalton in License to kill. Pierce Brosnan was very good, and made for a witty Bond. I never really took Moore seriously as James Bond, but he stars in one of my favorite bond films (Live and Let Die). What I might be killed for is saying I don't like Daniel Craig's portrayal of Bond, but I think it was more how Bond was written as a character in the scripts for those films. He plays a more action-ey killing machine, rather than the suave, witty spy I imagine and saw with previous Bonds. Then there's George Lazenby... Yeah I just saw him as a weaker Sean Connery (sorry Lazenby).
