Nothing? Hail Hydra is a pretty big one. I haven't read it, but isn't that Rick/Carl lose an arm or something, and it should have happened by now in the TV series?

Yes.
Rick lost his arm to the governor in the comics. They didn't do this in the show because they didn't think they could make it look realistic in action scenes and whatnot. The next spoiler is something that could actually happen in the show.
Carl gets his eye shot out. This one is possible because, I mean, Chandler Riggs has some long ass hair, they could just cover the eye and use some makeup.

Well. Kirkman (the creator) himself has stated that stories will differ from the comics to keep viewers on their toes, and since the majority of people watch the show rather than read the comics, I don't feel it's that important.
