Liberal logic:
Let's make fun of white people.
"OKAY! **** cis scum"
"end white dominated society"
Let's make fun of black people.
"OMFG you racist, this is why we never advance as a species"
"More proof that society is dominated by whites"

It's not liberal logic. It is a particular sect of liberalism. Do not mistake me; I absolutely believe this is a popular sect, especially among the young. I know this because I know lots of people like this. But don't think your average liberal voter thinks in these ways; they're generally more moderate, for good or for ill.
Comparing all liberals to SJWs is the same as comparing all conservatives to Nazis.
When eygpt was black, cause they waz kings and ****
THAT IS MY LITERAL POINT. THAT IS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF MY COMMENT.

He's not wrong. Social movements aren't fixed.
The definition of 'liberal' you probably have in your dictionary most likely doesn't resemble modern liberalism. And all of those white people that are racist against white people call themselves liberal and have, along with SJWs, hijacked the movement. People who didn't agree with them, jumped off.
I consider myself very left-wing since the definition of that doesn't change (or at least not as much), but I don't consider myself liberal anymore.
It's a bit like modern day feminism that got hijacked by misandrists and are about how women are superior to men and men being redundant rapist scum, while it used to be about equal rights for everyone, sunshine and rainbows. Many former feminists, such as myself, jumped off and now ride under the tag 'equalitarianist', which used to be different as well.

Because no matter how many times I link this for you, you still never realize the US left wing has appropriated the term from classical liberalism.

And no matter how many times you cite this I will remind you that:
a) The natural progression of ideologies is to the left
b) You continuously use the word "liberal" when you mean to say "progressive", which aside from being incorrect makes you look like an idiot.
c) Seriously, I actually am the thing, so I reckon I know what the thing is.

I keep seeing you everywhere shouting ill informed opinions based on anecdotal **** . I've seen things you've posted that i agree with and i still can't take your side because of how bad you are at making points. I'm honestly half convinced you're a troll account.
I barely even care about politics, if i'm being honest, but the way you try to get your points across is absolutely abysmal. For **** sake, saying you are something doesn't give you any knowledge on it whatsoever. You're using logic similar to someone who's been indoctrinated into a cult would use.
"I actually AM part of the new age of xenu so i think i know we represent love and peace and not killing ourselves to ride a comet into space."
You're the one who looks like an idiot. Yelling your opinions louder and sounding condescending doesn't make you right, it just makes you seem more retarded when you're wrong.

No, that's not how it works. Saying you're right with no solid supporting evidence doesn't make you right. All you've shown me is you can make half-assed statements that are either logical fallacies or have very very little substance to them.

A progressive and a liberal are similar if not the exact same thing, changing the name because you're embarrassed about the word's history isn't going to change a damn thing. But then again, some people enjoy ignorance so much , when the facts are shown to their face they still refuse to believe and that's why the world is in the ******* now.
Gee get a load of this guy. Surely you know what the word liberty means.
I think you're getting liberal and libertarian confused.
Libertarian- a person who believes that people should be allowed to do and say what they want without any interference from the government, a person who upholds the principles of individual liberty especially of thought and action
Liberal- believing that government should be active in supporting social and political change, relating to or supporting political liberalism, not opposed to new ideas or ways of behaving that are not traditional or widely accepted
So a libertarian believes it's ok if you wanna be a gay weed farmer with a huge stockpile of guns and ammo without help from the government, a liberal wants their ideas pushed to the general population so there's more national conformity and government control in everyone's lives so we can be micro managed and support by the government not ourselves. You were probably just trying to be bait but it hurts when I serve in the United States military and see people who are to stupid to have an opinion of their own, read a book, get a job and hopefully go to college and get a useful degree. Our country needs more hard workers and less uneducated vocal welfare cunts.

You have to differentiate between US liberalism and classical liberalism. European politics views US conservatism as a variety of classical liberalism, whereas only the social values represent liberal ideologies in the US left wing.
The meanings are different depending on your political entity. I'm not saying that it is correct, but that is the reality. US liberalism means liberal application of government programs. Classical liberalism is rooted in liberty.

Well then I'd make myself the latter. But when you say liberal you must understand the root of that word.
Yeah, it got stolen. That's my whole point. The Progressive movement emerged in the 1890s and included intellectual reformers typified by sociologist Lester Frank Ward and economist Richard T. Ely. They transformed Victorian liberalism, retaining its commitment to civil liberties and individual rights while casting off its advocacy of laissez-faire economics.
When people say things like "libtard" they are referring to US left wing.
Here is a not idiotic US left-winger's summary of the terms: www.huffingtonpost.com/david-sirota/whats-the-difference-betw_b_9140.html

THIS IS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU YOU MEXICAN CONGLOMERATE PHYTOPLANKTON
If you wish, but the idea of using taxpayer funding on large businesses as per the examples in the previous article is antithetical to classical liberal ideology. Thomas Malthus' theory states that poor urbanization is inevitable. Redistribution of wealth at any magnitude is dissipated among the poorest orders (this has been thus far proven by application in the welfare state). The solution to lift the poor is by allowing them to work for the highest paying employer, and to encourage lassaiz- faire. Government involvement should be as minimal as possible especially concerning the unequal bargaining power of big corporations.
Using people like that as your representation of "Liberal logic" is a lot like using the WBC or the KKK as your representation of "Conservative logic."
Neither of those organizations are conservative;
In the United States, conservatism is rooted in the American Revolution and its commitment to republicanism, sovereignty of the people, and the rights and liberties of Englishmen while expelling the king and his supporters. Most European conservative writers do not accept American conservatism as genuine; they consider it to be a variety of liberalism. Modern American liberals in the New Deal do not disagree with that consensus view, but conservatives spend much more emphasis on the Revolutionary origins, with the Tea Party advocates using an episode from the 1770s for their name and some even dress in costumes from that era at their rallies.
Historian Gregory Schneider identifies several constants in American conservatism: respect for tradition, support of republicanism, "the rule of law and the Christian religion," and a defense of "Western civilization from the challenges of modernist culture and totalitarian governments."
Both are much more aligned with facism, which doesn't properly fit on the L-R standard political scale

generalization? sure. A correct generalization? yes, very much so.
