Definitely not Kelly, more of just someone drawing a "sexy" Spartan. All Spartan II's are genetically enhanced to be over 7 feet tall, and the girls all have short hair (except for one, which was a S-III I think), decreased sex drive, and are loaded up with all sorts of drugs that make them basically skip the boob part of puberty, just like the males skip the "ball-dropping" part.
