Journey was one of the most amazing games, scratch that, experiences in my life. I was brought to tears from the sheer beauty of the game and by the end I sat in silence for 10 minutes. Almost everyone who has played it says how they cry everytime, and I read about 1 War-Veteran guy who got it for his daughter, and normally only likes FPSs, but then she made him play it and he admitted to breaking out into tears. It's life changing, best $15 you'll ever spend, just don't spoil too much for yourself.

Yeah, it was amazing. I also love how every level is going to have a new aspect, rather than just painting a white room black. Innovative.

I know, but it's still just another cash grab sequel. I never said anything about the original, that just about defined dungeon crawlers.

ehhhh i still like the third. sure, it made a lot of money, but a game that took what... 12 years to make? i would not say thats a cash grab. its an homage to the original 2, i think, and its a good game in its own respect.

Like I said, there's still good games coming out, just few that change how we think games can be made.

like, dont make a million sequels just for money, and not for the sake of the game itself? thats a given.

Yeah, I'm talking about new IP's being a common thing, not a twicein a year surprise. We've gotten ourselves into a rut as gamers and we happily accept it.
