looks like a good movie, source?
User avatar #19 to #1 - Hreidmar (20 hours ago) [-]
It's a decent movie. I won't say that it's flawless, and it wasn't really my cup of tea, but certainly worth a watch. I don't know if it's on Netflix, but I'm pretty sure it's on Amazon Prime if you have that.

Honestly, if a movie "isn't your cup of tea" then I would never tell someone whether it was good or not, because the opinion is obviously jaded by the fact that you didn't want to or expect to like it. Same with books. The number of times i have seen a decent book get a bad review because some guy was like "this isn't my normal genre but..." annoys me.

I can still objectively tell that something is a good movie/book/etc, even if I don't like it. Maybe I don't have the most unbiased view, but if you want an unbiased view, well, good luck. You're not getting one from pretty much anyone. I can still appreciate good acting, design, writing, etc in a movie, even if in the end I find myself not that entertained by it. Same goes for the opposite case, when a movie is objectively pretty bad but you can't help but to enjoy it. There are some movies I really like that I nonetheless wouldn't recommend just because my reasons for liking it are unlikely to be applicable to them.

Boondock Saints.

It is ******* amazing. The sequel sucked all the dicks though, stay away from it.

The sequel wasn't bad. Would have been better if Willem dafoe was the investegator again, though.

What? The second movie was just fine. It was different, but not worse.
User avatar #16 to #9 - streetshark (22 hours ago) [-]
People will find any excuse to call a sequel bad. Besides Spiderman 2 there really aren't any that people universally appreciated more than the original.

The godfather and Lord of the Rings II would be two more examples, but you're right tho

I wonder what causes this effect and why it doesn't seem to appear in video games.

>TFW you almost always get more than twice the kills of #2
Man are people bad at SWBF.
User avatar #14 to #3 - thechosentroll (23 hours ago) [-]
You're that guy who sits in the back and snipes random people instead of doing the objective, aren't you?
User avatar #18 to #14 - sinery (21 hours ago) [-]
In blast killing people is the objective.
Besides, having a sniper that kills a ****** every 10 seconds or so if a pretty big advantage.

Excellent film.
Never thought I'd see a cross-dressing, gay Willem Dafoe.

when you get that godlike score on an assassin but you did less damage than the 5/10 adc
User avatar #29 to #12 - overlordweasel (17 hours ago) [-]
my question then becomes how many assists did this 5/10 adc get? if its a really high number, youre "godlike score" is nothing but kill steals
User avatar #43 to #29 - trapposternohomo ONLINE (6 hours ago) [-]
That's the point of the comment

I could go like 20/0, but it was clearly the adc that did the most damage
User avatar #30 to #12 - overlordweasel (17 hours ago) [-]
also as a side note...usually when ppl leave off the number of assists, theyre usually full of **** and trying to hide the fact theyre ******** .
