It was remade for the xbox, but the remake is horrible compared to the first. They censored a rated M game that was on a NINTENDO console. Nintendo almost never has rated M games. Grand theft auto is rated M and they say fuck all the time, but Conker can't say bitch. It was very disappointing

I know they made a remake. (Multiplayer was probably the best part.)

But I don't understand why they can't release an entirely new game.

The ending is just so weird to Conker, I'm not even sure what a sequel could be about. If I remember correctly his girlfriend dies, and she was pretty much the whole point of the game. I'd love a sequel though

If I remember correctly, for the second game it was pretty much just supposed to be Conker escaping from his castle.
When Berr(I?Y?) dies, Conker kills Panther and takes over the kingdom.
He empties the coffers by buying (and subsequently drinking) booze, so the kingdom rebels and tosses him in the dungeon. The game would be him escaping

Unfortunately, because the first Conker didn't do so well, they weren't really able to do the second.
Nintendo didn't do shit for advertising for Conker's BFD (which meant the game wasn't well known, so couldn't get money), so they didn't think a second would do well, because they're fucking idiots.
Then they horribly fucked up the remake, which of course didn't get shit for money, because there was no advertising, PLUS they tried to turn an M game into a T game. And failed.
So I doubt we'll ever get a sequel.

what i was trying to say is that there should be a remake of a remake of this awesome game
