Wasn't a glitch they used tas to reprogram the game to play snake and pong and eventually win, they even said they wanted to program the original Mario into the game as well, but since they were only using four channels instead of the 14-16 possible they couldn't.

Yes it does if it's using the arbitrary code execution glitch. It can be done to a certain extent without TAS (look at SethBling on YouTube. Here's a link: www.youtube.com/watch?v=WO8sbZD1oCI ). He used the glitch to beat the game. Of course to do things as complex as such shown in the content you would need to use an emulator and save states because it is very complicated.
