yeup...this pissed me right the fuck off, I was attempting to get the achievement while playing on hard, I killed a big daddy and picked up the little sister, panicked for some reason...then harvested her...MFW I didnt get the acheivment at the end of the game.

killing little girls isnt normal, but in bioshock it is.

Played bioshock through in a day, started 2 right after, got to first sister and didn't notice button change. Killed her on accident "Oh it's only one it wont be that bad"
I've never felt so bad in my life then when Eleanor killed all the sisters just because I was "cruel and heartless to them"
