First, it's phantom ganon's sword that says Zubora Gabora, not ganon's.
Second, the original dungeons that spell ZELDA are the special dungeons that appear when you name your character ZELDA when you start a new game.
Third, you didn't mention that "IT'S A SECRET TO EVERYBODY" is an inside joke throughout the franchise, said at least once in almost every game since.
