Started playing wow for the first time. Playing on a private server.
Accidentally wandered into the burning crusade expansion area
rekt by npcs
rekt by level 80 campers
rekt by no way back home but walk
can't even ask out asking for help because for some ******* reason you can't talk until level 19
>Be me
>Get old rs
> **** yeah
>Train a little
>Go to castlewars for some fun
>Everyone's above lvl 100
>Get insta-killed 80% of the time
>MFW I stole the flag and ran halfway to my castle before being owned
I got members when I got to level 55 (Ive been playing rs since 2006 and in like 2011-2012 I got members) and I did alot of fun members stuff. I went to castle wars (had fun dodging trolls and such) and I found people like level 90 and above. I didnt care, and I played the **** out of castlewars. That **** was so cash.
I'm level 85, with "Offshore" money flying out of my ass. I like to buy low rank heists, the kind that lower ranked players love to hop on, and let them watch me moonwalk my way from start to finish while I laugh at their suffering.
First time I played PayDay I was in a group that all wore heavy as tanky armour when all **** hit the fan two of them where gathering the money and one was helping me fight the cops after a while I had to revive two of them completed the mission with max loot.
******* Crossroads, man. There'd just be a massive crowd waiting around the quest-givers' corpse, waiting to turn in their **** in the split second they can before that level 80 alliance prick kills it again.
i always remeber lvl 30 hordes killing the low levels at the tower of azora, then like a **** ton of lvl 70 alliance people would come out of nowhere from ( i think) goldshire
Same thing joining a BF4 server with several 120's stacked on the enemy team. I'm a better than average player and can normally get at least a 2-1 ratio, but **** that.
Gear still plays a major factor. You can be scaled to 80 all you ******* want but if you have level 20 gear you're ****** . Same with scaling down. Put my base stats at half my level, but i still have the bonuses from my level 80 gear. The only reason it's harder is because of reduced armor and hp pretty much. Also, PvP doesn't really matter in the sense of levels because it's completely skill based.
True, but GW2 is mostly skill/group-size based anyway. Even with all your gear soloing a champion boss in the starting zone is a pain in the ass, and completely impossible in the higher zones. At the same time 50 newbs can still loose because they don't know when to use dodge/healing skills.
First time I did the Frozen Maw, I was way below the level of the other 50 or so people. Dynamic levelling meant that I barely survived what I later learnt was an easy quest.
i got a bunch of loot that was way above my level, so I could only really sell it.
I hated how I could never hit anybody until I ran about 50 tiles in because I was "Too strong" or something for that close, despite literally everybody else being able to hit me. I could not hit them back and had an unfair disadvantage in that they already hit me a few times before I could hit them.
And that's why I ignored the wilderness until I just stopped playing altogether.
On another, less crappy note, I found this ruined building by running way into the back of the wilderness because everybody is up front that had quickly respawning bones. Good spot to grind what it was burying bones grinded for. And nobody could hurt me due to the aforementioned nobody being there!
Yeah I remember I just went " **** it" one time and ran as deep into the wilderness as I could. I started to suspect that there was no end to it and eventually got lost.
>keep trying to run away from spawn out of the only pvp entrance without any gear so they'll be bored from killing you or you actually get away
>get food
>run some more
>run some more
>run a lot more
>run some more
>make camp
>grind for 1-2 weeks
>get diamond armor with Prot IV
>make a ******* of strength and speed potions and a few enchanted gold apples
>go back to spawn
> **** bitches
>get money
>get ambushed by a group of 5 with almost the same stats right when you run out of speed potion
>die
>next server
