I'm not sure what you mean by the mechwarrior controller, when I felt the need I used a normal joystick, but anyways, your battlemech is the "Annihilator", one of the iconic 100 ton assault mechs, with 4 LBX AC10s (giant shotguns) and 4 medium pulse lasers, the Annihilator excels at urban combat, which is good, since its paltry top speed makes it more akin to a turret than an actual battlemech.

never owned one but i feel like it would really give me the feeling of piloting a massive lumbering bipedal tank
also the Annihilator looks kickass and i would pilot it in a heartbeat
