Pretty sure you can't. If you could, one disc could be enough for all Xboxes in the world. This is why they enforced DRM initially

I have Halo 4, Skyrim, and Black Ops II all downloaded onto my xbox, no disc required.

Thought you meant installing it with the disc. Unfortunately, very few games are available from the Xbox store here in Norway, and the few that are are very expensive
