nah. xcom 2 is set 15-20 years after EU/EW. the absolute oldest she could be is 60 or something, meaning she still has a few years left untill retirement. even more so, if she has benefited from the ayy's clinics.
things that make sense is her being dead, (not betting on that one), her collaborating with the ayy, in the name of science (possible, but it would feel really sour if it was the case) and her being a super usefull asset to the ayys, either as genetic donator, or as a researcher. she is after all the leader of the finest team put together on earth.
