I'd take that shemale over Priscilla any day too. You're defending a reject stuck in a world where all the other rejects are forced into. Have fun touching her fluffy tail while I get that sweet boy pussy.
Well he, uh, (s)he kinda has tits. They may be pads or stuffing or whatever, but they're there. So unless From says otherwise, it's up to the player to decide if it's a trap or a shemale. Kinda like a lot of the lore. (I'm arguing a character's gender on the internet. What the **** has my life become.)
They weren't terrified, they were disgusted. Priscilla is a crime against... humanity would be the normal term, but doesn't fit here, so I'm going to say reality.
no, they were terrified due to her ability to steal the very life force from people. It even says as much in the lore of the game. They didn't send her away for being "different" they sent her to Ariamis because she was able to destroy them. Given what we know the popular theory is that she was the child of Velka and Seath in their plan to overthrow the rest of the gods and usher in the end of the age of fire and allow the course of nature to run freely. Part of that same theory is that the various chosen undead are selected by Velka (who manifests herself as the giant crow that takes you to Lordran) to continue what they started, while Frampt tries to prevent them from realizing this and convince them that they are there to help extend the age of fire.
The system's good, which was the point.
You're saying the game's easy, anyway. Unless you're going for some arcane control system ala Dwarf Fortress, it's hard to find any system, much less a combat system, that's "hard". It's the ways that the player is challenged by the rest of the game through that combat system that makes a game hard. If the system itself is hard you're probably playing a bad game.
Dark Souls combat is shallow. Plus, the biggest annoyance in the game is the fact that in order to learn the bosses patterns, which will usually result in you being killed once or twice by "THAT ONE FRIGGIN' MOVE!", you have to go through the gauntlents to get in their area again. That does not inherit the definition of "hard", as many people seem to like believing. Add that to the fact that most mooks in the game are easily dispatched, and most deaths to them are due to mobing (reason why fat guy and pikachu are usually considered one of the hardest bosses), or being hit by someone out of range, or sight. In fact, let me sum up the general reasons of death in Dark Souls.
3/10 learning a boss's pattern
2/10 Mook mobbing
5/10 Trap, or a triggering a trap while fighting a mook.
With this crass rounding up, I'd say about 8 or 7 of those death are avoidable once you know the game (placement of traps, mook spawn points, boss pattern), so, yeah, Dark Souls, not hard, just a game that punches you in the dick until you learn where the punches come from. The game is not hard because of it's combat system, it's "hard" and "challenging" (on the broadest definition of these words) because of the level design, and the respawn system (go all the way back to the save point and go through all the enemies again).
Dodge, attack on the long ass wind down animation, repeat until dead; die to the trap on the next room. Respawn, dodge, attack on the long ass wind down animetion, repeat until dead, avoid the trap on the next room, proceed.
sort of, in most of the bosses cant be parried so I never bothered to REALLY git gud at parrying I can still do it semi-decently on black knights though
yeah, i think the only boss that can be parried is Gwyn. (maybe also Artorias?)
most deaths are usually from something on your way to the boss, and most of those can be parried. plus it helps in PVP, but in pvp you have you try and predict your opponents attack so its different.
I never really had much trouble with normal enemies that can be parried, though I did like to back-stab quite a lot of enemies so maybe thats why? they see me dodgin'...
