I've been yankering to play something remotely similar to Akiba's Trip Undead and Undressed
I loved the **** out of this game, but have been unable to find anything as wonky and mindlessly fun to play. The closest i've ever come is yakuza 4, just because of how it lets you wander around town and beat people up, and it has those funky moments. I'm guessing persona 4 could be somewhat similar, but i've no way of getting my hands on it, as it's not for sale on psn, i dont own a vita to get golden, and i'm bad with emulators. If anyone has any suggestions, plz help. I'll be grateful and **** .

Persona's very slow paced, it's a JRPG after all, don't think it's kinda game you're looking for. (Though I love the **** out of it)

this is a jrpg too, just one where you strip vampires and fight with toy hammers, poster rolls and glowsticks

Looked more like a brawler to me.
In any case, Persona's turn based fighting so real slow compared to it.

Also the setting might be weird but it's not really wacky, quite serious in fact.

Afraid I don't really know any games comparable to akiba, sorry.

Well, if you want some funny games you could play some earthbound I dunno if you can emulate it legally , also MAME is full of zany crazy games(check something called PuLiRuLa, but be ready for the mental scars)
If what you want is some funny moments and some smexy ladies, you can always browse internet for a while and look for some erotic graphic novels(I'd recommend bukkake ranch, it's zany and has vampires passing off as teenagers
I can't recommend something directly since I'm poor as **** and can't afford playing that game.Hope I helped
