Out of all the Saints Row games, I can really only recommend 4. I've played all of them, and yes, 2 was the last mildly believable one, 4 was just better. Half an hour in, I was running up buildings, flying through the city, and throwing bombs from my hands. And despite being literally super powered, it's still a difficult game.
