I just did this quest and you seriously weren't expecting that after listening to the holotape
and the sounds in the building dude the moment i listened to the tape i ran back to the Prydwen and got my power armor on

I was walking up to some random couple houses by the glowing sea with Nick Valentine. One of the houses had four deactivated protectrons in it and the other was empty. I walked up to the empty one and heard a rumbling. I had an idea of what it might be but i hoped i was wrong. Nope, up from the floor came out a massive deathclaw. It was the second one i had encountered since playing. I didn't even bother to try and shoot it I just ran as fast as I could. Nick was crippled instantly. Then as I was running i remembered there were two brotherhood of steel nearby. So I did a jurassic park move. I went back and got its attention and led it to them. After a long fire fight all three of us managed to take it down. Do you understand what im saying, it took two brotherhood of steel soldiers and me a level 12 to take down one deathclaw. It wasn't an easy fight either. Deathclaws are to be feared. And to make matters worse, they can mutate and fully regenerate. Fallout 4 is no joke people.

kouzan (11/15/2015) [-] Some context on this video, spoiler free. In the North East most portion of the map lies Salem, as in the witch trials of old. He's in the Museum of Witchcraft, doing a small side quest. There is no storyline that leads you there if you wanna enjoy the fight.

reican (11/15/2015) [-] been to the pit in some hospital or something I htink it was a hospital taken over by raiders, that has a door barred from the inside? i entererd the maion gate, started clearing everything but wondered why there was no enemies on the bottom pit looking area that had no apparent route back up. only to jump down and SURPRISE ************ A DEATHCLAW PET IS DOWN THERE AND THE DOORWAY OUT HAS TO BE ACTIVATED BY A SWITCH, BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE, THE PWER TO THE SWITCH IS OFF AND YOU GOT TO RUN AROUND THE DEATHCLAW TO GET TO THE POWER SWITCH THEN GET BACK TO ESCAPE.
Even worse is, Deathclaws can now:
1Pick you up and throw you or smash you in a wall.
2: throw objects at you
3 hiding behind cars wont save you they launch them harder than a tank from L4d launches a toycar
