For Xbox-
Weapons Tiers(not in a specific order): R, black button, L, black button, left, down, right up, left, down, right, up.
R, black button, L, black button, left, down, right, up, left, down, down, down.
R, black button, L, black button, left, down, right, up, left, down, down, left.
Health, money, and armor: R, black button, L, A, left, down, right, up, left, down, right, up.
Hydra: Y, Y, X, B, A, L, L, down, up.
Flying car mode: I have no idea because I did not use that very often.
*Note, on Xbox 360, replace the black button with the right bumper and the white button with the left bumper(for any cheats with white button).
Plus I already knew most of the Vice City cheats on PC such as; Armor- preciousprotection, Health- aspirine, Wanted level down- leavemealone, Make all vehicles around you explode- bigbang
those are just some of them, though.

btw, did you know you could get past the games altitude ceiling with the "Car's fly away when touched" cheat?

Dude, 10 years ago, i was 7. I didnt think twice about cheats and all that. It never accrued to me that i can f*ck around in a game so much.. Also, Vice City is my favorite GTA by far. San Andreas was nothing short of godlike, but Vice City is the best for me.

I never did missions, but I loved Vice City Public Radio, and dieing from touching water.

Jumpjet and hesoyam are some of the only ones I can remember. And then of course yecgaa, jetpack.
