Everybody complaining about Nintendo. . WET STILL BON' T IIM" E Mr. Personally I think they need to expand their own games to not be super child friendly anymore, but overall I'd say Nintendo is fine and will be for a long time.

I love my Wii U and my 3DS. Nintendo has always been my favorite gaming company, and always will be. Sure, they milk franchises, but they still remain fun because Nintendo usually knows what to change, what to keep, and what to improve.

I am glad that Nintendo continues to be more kid friendly rather than adult based with their games.

I believe that the company is meant to remain a childhood brand that you can always go back to and think, "Wow, this Zelda game is still fun and even my kid can enjoy it."

Oh look, every example manages to have it's full range fit in one frame.

Good job.

Outside of the new Smash Bros I can't think of any good Wii U games. I got Mario Kart 7, played it for a few days when it first came out, got all the gold trophies, then never played it again, so the Wii U version is just... Meh. I used to love Nintendo, but there just isn't anything on the system, for now at least, to make it worth paying all that money for a new console.

What Nintendo needs to do is start acknowledging some money making franchises. Where is the new Metroid? And we haven't seen a new Starfox since the Gamecube.

Mainly poor advertising and a lack of any major first-party games at launch along with rocky relationships with third-party devs made worse by the Wii U's unusual architecture making it more difficult to develop for as well as most third-party devs putting out nothing but half-a$$ed ports for the system, meaning that the only things to keep people entertained between major first-party releases are downloadable indie games which don't really appeal to the casual consumer who makes up the majority of console sales. Not to mention that, despite it's massive commercial success, the Wii had almost no worthwhile games for the last couple years of its lifecycle, so Nintendo's home consoles had already slipped out of the public view by the time the Wii U was released. As much as I love the Wii U's unique features, the console probably would be doing better if Nintendo had cooperated with third-party devs and made a more standard entertainment box like Sony or Microsoft.

I honestly don't believe Nintendo will ever run out of anything...

They have done very well at remaking classics for newer generations..

We might not like the remakes but it does pretty good for younger generations..
