I haven't had a single problem with EA costumer support. Me and my friend both got our accounts hacked and we both got them back witout any problems.

I remember when I bought a game from their company and the activation code that I received was incorrect. When I called up EA customer support, their solution was to "go buy another one"

My experience with Origin is horrible. It crashes everytime I'm on BF3, or any other game, so I have no contact with the person I was voice chatting to. Wannabe fail attempt of copying Steam.

While I'm not a fan of EA once I had a used copy of BF Bad Company 2, emailed them that I had gotten an incorrect code and an employee that mailed me back "John" was very chill about it, he gave me a new working code instead of me having to buy a new one

I've read more and more people having bigger issues with Steam Support because it starts to take several days to get a reply. EA for them where often far better at support.

I actually had great experience with EA origin support. I accidentally bought a game under the wrong account, went to their chat support, and the transferred it, no problem, the whole thing may have taken ten minutes, if that. I have my issues with EA, but I do have to give them credit for that experience.

Meh, go ahead and hate EA - but I think they're fine.

I've never had a problem with support. I had a problem with origin - they helped me fix **** and then gave me a couple bucks Origin credit stuff to make up for my inconvenience. Had a problem with Steam - contacted the developer - developer pointed me to Steam Support, gave Steam Support the email conversation I had with the dev and the problem, they came back over a week later and fixed the problem and threatened me "We did this because it's your first time. We will not do it again." The **** , it's YOUR problem, not mine? And I contacted the developer first for Christ's sake!

And in terms of DLC - yeah, I'm not a fan either, but it's what they've got to do now. Development costs for games are massive these days. They need to make money, and this is how they do it. If it's that bad, don't buy it. That's how capitalism works. Don't just talk about it with your mouth, talk about it with your money. I bet the majority of people who bitch about EA's DLC stuff have bought almost all the DLC for at least one game anyway.

How much did EA pay you to say that?
