For what? The screenshot is a random one I found, and there are plenty of links on youtube if you just search for "*********". I've experienced it enough with my adp build character enough to cry blood, but I don't take videos of it.

Also, PLEASE FIX YOUR GODDAMN NETCODE!

i can dodge that **** for days, who circles to the left on pursuer? Ive never had a hit box issue on the game at all i'm not sure what that happened to you. Also the team who made DS2 werent the people who made DS1 which explains some of the ********** about it including dumb ass soul memory. However, the people who did make Ds1 are working on the next DS already If what i've heard from a guy is right.

I've done a no death run, so I guess when you get used to how ****** it is its easier to handle. Its still ****** though, and lagtards in pvp still make me rage. Never played dark souls 1, but apparently it was better.

The biggest thing Ds1 has over Ds2 is replay value, the game feels small compared but it has everything i could want from it in there.

lag was much more of an issue there it was much easier for people to lag backstab and there were specific places people "ganked" 3v1 invaders all day long. Hacks were also a huge part of DS1 people would use infinite poise which worked differently in DS1 it stopped you from getting staggered at all. They would do things like infinate spell spams for karmic justice with massive or infinate HP the only way to kill was kicking or stabbing off a cliff. I still prefered Ds1 pvp to DS2 though the 2nd one seemed rushed and not as well put together as DS1 i think it had the possibility to become one of the best games of its kind ever made. Things i hated were how dex weapons arent nearly as strong as they were my favorite weapon was the great scythe which is ******** now the best part about ds1 was any weapon could be the best weapon if you knew how to use it they were all good enough dmg but in ds2 i feel dex weapons got the shaft you are forced to make them into poison or bleed w/e weapons. That said i enjoyed dark souls 2 it is massive compared to DS1 in mapsize, i still play it and an even more hyped about the next one coming out .

That looks more like a lag issue rather than a hitbox one.

Its *************

Its understandable (but still extremely stupid) if you're playing against someone on potato wifi, but for that ****** of a ******* vs the normal creeps you fight by the hundreds throughout the game?

**** you, "online game". **** is ****, online or not, and the gif should be in the morbid channel.

I have had PVE lag before on DS2 but it wasnt a situation like this. I summoned a guy in the misty forest because i saw a summon sign, i know the forest but i thought "w/e the guy wants to get summoned". So i summon the guy and after he appears i do my normal run through the forest. I get outside of the forest 5 seconds from the bonfire and my character is literally sucked back into the middle of the ******* forest like im watching a fast motion rewind and backstabbed to death by one of the invisible guys this has never ever happened and my internet isnt slow. Something they did with this game was leveling out lag between connections they didnt do it in Ds1 but for pvp purpose it is better to do it this way. So the guys connection i summoned must of been so ****** that he caused me to get lag stabbed by a normal game monster from atleast 200 feet away if not more. I had never seen this before and havent since. My point is maybe he had summons whos connections sucked and for w/e reason (im not sure how they configured this game for after people disappear during a fight) he actually suffered something simular where he had some kind of online lag while in normal PVE. I cant think of anything else that makes sense because ive beat this game a few times and when i am offline or solo nothing like this ever happened to me. Dark souls is well known for its amazing hitboxes compared to other RPG in PVE, PVP lag plays a huge part but i was amazed the first time i played DS1 after playing games like skyrim before hand where you just aim in a general direction and you win.

Exactly, it's a cleansing experience! Go watch Lobosjr dark souls speed runs afterwards to see how it should be done. Showed one to my friend who just got DS1. He went into shock the LobosJr got further in 15 minutes than he had in weeks.

Don't see why, people don't like links? (have a thumb from me)

I finished my first run in ~30 hours, with a bit of grinding souls. I played it mouse+keyboard with no fix in the beginning, but after I fixed the input lag it got way easy. Still died like, 10 times at the pursuer. Only needed help at smelter demon, that guy is insane without 100% fire def.

Overall great game. Now having fun in NG+.
