Stay mad. Venom I could understand liking but Big Boss is morally bankrupt.

He was a coward and a hypocrite who committed terrible war crimes. He psychologically manipulated and erased the identity of one of his fellow soldiers just to hide, yet despised his own clones for no real reason. He also strived to recreate his master's vision and utterly failed, and brought back war to a peaceful world on more than one occasion, just for the business. Even Miller, the war-crazed psycopath thought that Big Boss was too much of a monster.

Solid Snake is the real hero who surpassed his own limitations to do genuine good in the world all why staying humble and down to earth. He was the only one in the series to finally understand The Boss's vision, despite never even meeting her.

So could Solid Snake beat The Boss? In the ending exposition in MGS3 it was said that The Boss knew that someone needed to take the fall and that she needed to defect, and be killed by Naked Snake. Brings in to question, did Naked Snake win or did The Boss throw the fight, even Big Boss is unsure it in Peace Walker. Solid Snake killed two Big Boss (Big Bosses, Big Bossi?) but only the fake on puts up a fight.

snake would not be able to kill neither big boss nor the boss if they were on their prime...for all his skills the best opponents he has beaten are old big boss,old venom snake, and old ocelot. all of these guys were way past their prime and still more than a match for snake(he lost to liquid ocelot in cqc numerous times, could not take venom snake head on without a rocket launcher, and needed a flame thrower to fight bb on equal terms)

What the **** are you talking about?

He beat Venom on literally his very first mission in the field, only 11 years after MGSV. He was still green as **** .

And yeah, he used fire to defeat Big Boss, but it was a make shift weapon he procured in the middle of a fight where he was completely unarmed against Big Boss who was firing a gun at him the entire fight, and Snake had only 4 years experience at that point.

He lost to Liquid only after his body had started practically decomposing of old age, and he ended up beating him anyway after his muscle suit was destroyed and his entire body had been disfigured from going through a giant microwave.

Technically he wasn't "green" (though he certainly WAS by FOXHOUND standards). iirc Solid Snake served with the Green Berets for a spell before he joined FOXHOUND iirc in-universe a prerequesite for joining FOXHOUND is service in another Special Forces group for a couple of years and/or a certain number of missions completed.

and venom was not in his prime during that time neither. being in his 40s to 50s and even then snake couldnt take him head on and had to resort to using a bazooka. same with bb, who then later on when met with snake(who was aged to be as old as he was) was still able to easily disarm solid without any difficulty while the latter was holding a pistol on him WHILE HE WAS DYING FROM FOXDIE.

and liquid ocelot and snake fought several times BEFORE that. one of them had snake even holding a gun at liquid and liquid still stomped him in the fight.

You seem to be under the impression that characters in the Metal Gear series get worse with age. There's really no evidence of that. Can you even name one character who is worse at combat as the series goes on?

The series is filled with wrinkly old dudes who are amazing combat experts. If anything they only get better as the decades go by.

which they do. while its true they are superhuman there has been numerous showcases that age affects them (most notably with old snake) also while they are superhuman they are still under the same laws of science that govern us all.

Gear REX, a creature created for a set of MGS-Monster Hunter crossover missions in MGS: Peace Walker. However, all of the Monster Hunter crossover content is noncanon.

Incidentally there was going to be another creature resembling MG RAY, but that was cut out due to time constraints.

All good, there's a million different characters who look the same, and sound the same and all that but have different names.

Naked Snake, Solid Snake, Liquid Snake, Solidus Snake, Venom Snake, or even Revolver Ocelot, Liquid Ocelot, The Boss, Big Boss.. The List goes on.
