Oh, it's not animated at all. Omega Flowey was my very first animation. Up until this point I just made still images that I thought were cool

Well every time they do a new champion or legendary skin, the log in screen is the splash art of the new champion/skin, but slightly animation. That was an idea I had. To make a cool still frame, and then slightly animate it and put it to music
