This is a bit of an obscure easter egg in Undertale. Normally you can’t access Grillby’s shop interface, but it’s possible to get into it if you the right conditions are met in your second playthrough. Some of the data miners have already seen this of course, but it’s definitely worth it to find it the proper way. I won’t spoil it all here, but there’s a bit of interesting tidbits of backstory. For instance, Grillby seems to have gotten sucked up from below through the CORE, and now he’s stuck in the barrier too. Nothing earthshattering but a fun bit of backstory to understand why the fire guy is in the ice area. He won’t actually give you the shot of fire though "
