Because emotions aren't the only thing preventing someone from becoming ****** up in te head and wanting to kill everything. He still knows everything you did for him so even though he feels nothing he just can't bring himself to do evil things again after all you've done for everyone in the underground and for him. He respects you now and wishes you well, so he won't be evil anymore.
