Killing is to Fallout 4 what going into a dungeon to kill Dragur was in Skyrim. Bull ******* **** he did. He either cheated or is using some ********* defination of "kill." Getting your companions to do the dirty work for you is still "killing" them, and so is intimidating enemies into killing other enemies for you.

He had to kill Kellog, if nothing else, and either he got his companion to manage it, or he got the Synths to do it.

This isn't Thief 1. Modern games are targeted at "players" now, not "gamers." They don't let you do **** like this.
