i believe you're talking about the "Determination" album which was approved by toby fox and he allowed the guys that made it richaadeb and ace waters to sell it.

it's actually a pretty good compilation of covers. the "red side" by richaadeb is more metal and boss themes
while the "blue side" by ace waters is mostly electronic and music from the various areas of the game.

both of them are on youtube.
