So, I watched a few videos from him, and he just isn't funny. He doesn't understand comedic timing. He also turns into a massive pussy at the slightest "scary" movement. I watched him play a 2d horror game and he got scared by one of the enemies just walking.

However, I understand that he must be doing something right to have such a massive fanbase and I just haven't found it yet.
