Thanks, but I'll pass watching that one. I havent even gone through my first run. Ive only restarted after I accidentally killed Toriel. Now I'm... well, I think that it's Undyne that's trying to cram spears up my ass. The waterfall already filled me with determination though.
A for effort.
Next time, try being a little less "out-there" with your insults.
Trying too hard can create a sense of immaturity and stupidity in the person insulting.
I'd still like to take a look. I do 3D modelling, so I enjoy looking at other peoples stuff. Even better if they're faggots who use this site just like me.
On a different note, what program did you use? Blender? Maya?
Alright, a bit of advice. Cut down your polygon count. Alot of the edges you have in there seem unnessesary. Lessening the amount you have can improve your model because you get to focus on the larger details. Then you want to move into higher polygon counts.
For example, the tubes around his mouth have way to many. You could probably cut that in half while still keeping the shape.
Well, I guess just keep working on it. Try other projects, try simple things, get a hang of the idea, improve your skill. Then return to this and see how far you've come.
Oh, I don't think I'll stop working on this for a long, long time.
I'm pretty tired of the hate, but I appreciate it too because it motivates me to keep going.
Well, keep going then my friend. I can't give you alot of advice on the program for I use Maya, but I can give you this advice.
1. Ignore the little detail at first. This keeps you from having way too many edges and polygons. Plus, people are gonna notice what's big first.
2. The smooth tool is not your friend, it's a tool. Alot of the time you just need an extra edge, use the insert edge loop or cut polygon tool.
3. You probably know this one, but you might not so I'll say it anyways. 4 is the magic number. 3 is ok, but 5 is way off. Any polygon above five sides is considered heresy and should be purified to either 3 or 4 sides immediately.
