I love what they did with the genocide run. Don't give a **** about the feels and **** , but the sheer amount of suffering it causes to streamers and youtubers is AMAZING! And they can't just give up on the run, cause it's their job to do it. And the creator knows it. He knows it and uses it to his advantage. The ****** even mentions it in the game, pointing out the fact that they're probably streaming their anguish. He purposefully made a game that forces them to cry like little bitches in front of hundreds, if not thousands of people. I can't help but respect someone like that.
You can't help respect anyone who shows their true feelings, it's a big thing to cry on stream I would think so because you're showing what you're sensitive to, and what really does tug on the ol' heart-strings.
It's an amazing game, you'd have to be a cold-hearted cunt not to cry at even 1 single part.
I've bought this game for a friend I know, and She's really sensitive, I can't wait for her reaction. (Not in a mean way, just a: I'd like to relate to her kind of way) I'm a monster
I was holding back tears when I walked into the Asgore's house. The happy music along with the sad story about how Asgore and Toriel lost their children and the break up of their marriage made me so damn sad. They were so damn happy and loving! God damn it Chara, you miserable whelp, you just had to be sadist. I feel bad mostly for Asgore, he never really wanted to hurt anyone and in the end he lost both his child and wife. I was hoping Asriel would be back to normal and would just live with his mom and dad, but no... Damn it Toby, let me have my happy ending! Im a sucker for a loving family story....
It's actually kind of good, though. The graphics are **** and the gameplay is pretty meh, but the writing is pretty damn good. I decided to play it just to confirm my initial expectations that it's **** and ended up having a pretty damn good time instead. It's mostly the characters and humor that carry it - they're cliche and one-sided, but they're very well-written and likable. To the point where at times it feels more like a saturday morning cartoon than a game. It's one of those things that are boring as **** to watch, but fun to play, because YOU'RE the one making the decisions and experiencing **** .
I'm not saying you should try it, I'm just saying it's not as bad as you think. I was in the exact same position as you before I gave it a shot.
Also, FJ is slobbering all over the games' dick, because there's nothing of note happening right now. Once Fallous 4 comes out, they'll switch to that bigger, meatier cock and forget all about Undertale. Which, frankly, would be worse, cause I'm pretty sure Fallout 4 is going to be the Skyrim of Fallout - the one that disappoints the fans and gives all the kiddies their first boner ever.
If you're basing that entirely on how it looks, it's not the best looking game in the world, but the story, characters, and the actual gameplay is why everyone loves it so much, dood.
I've looked at gameplay videos and I don't like how it plays.
I don't care what other people like about it, ultimately I still dislike it, and am still sick of seeing a ******** amount of ****** undertale content constantly.
Well then, get over it, dood. It'll probably only stay as popular as it is for a couple more weeks, or maybe a few months until it kinda dies out. I've had to sit through several fj circlejerks without knowing about or giving a **** about what they were talking about, like when bending time was every single post on the front page for several days and they were all variations of the same joke.
You've probably spoiled it too much by now, if you are going to get it, Get it. I've told my friend the same thing: Go blind, don't view anything about it.
