The only romance in the game is homosexual. There is a broken heterosexual relationship, and two dogs that kiss each other, but the only real romance is homosexual.
The main character is androgynous.
Toons of stupid anime references. knows what a tsundere is. There is literally no reason to include twice.
The skeletons are start of runny at best, and absolutely Wing at worst. I love Sans, but seriously, "YOU DIRTY BROTHER KILLER"?
Alphas. I need not go further.
Most importantly, this game will be completely forgotten in years time.
I appreciate that it was mainly one person, and he came a long way from his childish EB romhack:_ But it still doesn' t make the cut.

But... but one Dog is male and the other is female... and they're married... The male breaks down if you kill his wife first and the wife gets enraged if you kill the husband first. How is that not a romance?
You can't just brush that away and put it as just "two dogs kiss each other."

"Bro Guards." Interesting way to put the two guys who get into a relationship, but whatever.

The only relationships in the game are Undyne/Alphys lesbianing, Dogamy/Dogaressa straight married couple, Asgore/Toriel divorced straight couple, some suggestion of Sans/Toriel at the end, and the gay dog guards whose name I forget.

Not exactly overflowing with the Gays, this game.

We've got Toriel and Asgore with some ambiguity in the credits
Adorable couple Doggamy and Dogaressa
The Bro guards
Potential for Undyne x Alphys (Alphys also crushes on Asgore, so she's bi)
Snowdrake family if you really wanna count them
Hetero attraction on the part of Aaron to Shyren
That random dude fishing for fish to participate in a relationship with
Whatever you want to project onto your character
