My old laptop from 8 years back can play Undertale.
With immense lags. Large rooms run at a very determined pace of 5-10fps.
Small rooms and battles run at a playable rate of 30~60 fps.
So I won't be surprised if donbionicle's laptop won't run it.

You go back to the zone that's right below Napstablook's home, then go into the entrance on the left. Papyrus will be standing outside of a Fish-like House, and he'll invite you to join him in his training session with Undyne, then it starts.
