sans does have 1 ATK, 1 DEF
Also, thought it was odd everyone insists Sans has 1HP.
You deal 999999999 ( **** it if i added too many or too little 9s) DMG, due to your killing intent giving you more dmg.
That means that Sans could potentially have millions of HP
Yeah it says "weakest enemy" but I take that as his damage, he can literally only do 1hp damage at a time.

There's also fan speculation that, because resting overheals you beyond your max HP, and Sans sleeps a lot and always dodges attacks, that he is far overhealed above and beyond his max HP.
But his ingame battle statistics have him identified as having 1hp, which dataminers disovered.
