i think don't quote me its even chance for each of the 4 healing effects of which there is a 2,10,30, and full heal from the item
you really only need the steak, the pie, the noodles and 2 legendary heros (for when sans stops attacking you in the mid round) to beat him

It'll change the ending just slightly, so you won't get the true true true ending. But the true true true bad ending. If you want to know what happens, click the second spoiler. You can always find a program to change some settings to ****** it though
