The one thing I'm curious about that... if you create too much fan fiction for a subject matter... eventually you'll incorporate ideas that the author could have used... and instead several times the author will just be like 'well **** that they thought of it too'...

So all this cancerous fan fiction in comic form is basically preventing a potential sequel.

Potentially, but I doubt it, to be honest.

Who knows what the writer is planning? Far as we're aware, he's just working on Hard Mode and even that's probably not happening. It does say "Eh, don't count on it" after all.

If he does make a sequel or a "new path" to be followed, it's likely it'll have some ideas from all this fan stuff, though. Probably unintentionally.
