I completely agree. I have no idea why people are thumbing you down, so far about 90% of the people on our server (I'm in a community) come on asking questions like "where i find good wepon?" or "omg im promes i can fly helcopter is ok?" and I'm happy that people like that won't be in ARMA 3.
