..Are you serious? If you are, he decided to host his own Martial Arts Tournament. After he found out he wasn't an almighty god, and was gonna get fucked up within the confines of it. He scratched that idea, and blew it up after he faced a few people.

yeah, i meant the tournament. what was the point of that? being confident that he would defeat everyone, he would have killed everyone anyway. so they might as well have fought anywhere in the world

It was a way of putting a handicap on himself, by confining to the ring. He was cocky as hell. He wanted 1 good fight before he blew up the planet. He said that several times, so for him to get a good fight, he thought he would have to make some rules that would even limit his powers, because he thought he was untouchable.

Well if they couldnt take him hed get pissed....so they figured if theyre gonna kill him they might as well play by his rules to at least stall
