I really have no idea about a "how to stay alive in gensokyou" post. Don't apologize, I just didn't get the joke.

so umm.... I'm making something in walfas but I"m a total noob, any tips?

I mostly just take the pictures, print screen, and then mess around on my fireworks program.

but just for Walfas alone, I would say get used to going though a lot of menus to change stuff.

But you'll mostly use "Load Preset" to load characters you want. "Background" to add the background. "Insert" > "Object" and "Bubble" to select what Items you want, and a speak bubble for the characters to talk.

When clicking on the characters themselves, you can rotate them by clicking and holding on their heads. to move them, you click and hold on the middle of the body. When you click on them, there will be a menu on the bottom to change their settings. You'll mostly use "edit" to change the character's placement, and move it in front or behind objects."Change Parts" to change facial expressions and what objects they're holding. and "Options" (you can also double click the character) for an unoptimized version of the previous options, but is mostly used for scaling the character.

If anything else, you can press the "Help Me Eirin!" button in the main menu for answers.

If you would like, I can make a detailed how to comic if you, or anyone else needs it.

I would like, a tutorial but that sounds like a lot of work...

how do I save custom charecters?

There is a "DNA" system. When you make a character it will have it's own DNA which you can see by clicking "Show DNA". Copy the DNA and save it on a notepad for future use. If you need to use it again, select "Toys" in the main menu and select "Clone Capsule" With the clone capsule, select "Insert DNA" copy and past the DNA, and you have your character again.

Alright, cool. Just a reminder, to make a comic like mine, you will need to screen cap it and paste it onto paint or so, crop out the picture(s), place them out, and you should be good.
